This page explains what data the it-poslugi.it-agency.workers.dev website and the IT-Poslugi team collect, what it is used for, and how you can contact us about your data. We are a small remote team with no physical office, so our main contact channel is Telegram.

What data we collect

When you fill in the request form on the site, we receive: your name, phone number (if you provide it), the service you selected, your preferred contact method (Telegram, phone, Viber/WhatsApp), and the text of your message. In addition, while you browse the site, analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) may automatically collect technical information: an approximate location at city/country level, device and browser type, the pages you viewed, and cookies.

What we use the data for

• to contact you and discuss your request;
• to prepare an estimated price for the service;
• to understand how many people visit the site and which sections interest them — this helps us improve the site;
• to measure ad performance if you arrived from an ad.

Who receives the data

Data from the request form is automatically sent to Make (make.com) — a technical intermediary that forwards the request to our team. Technical data about site visits is processed by Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) under Google's own privacy policy. Further communication happens on Telegram — the channel you choose yourself.

How long data is kept

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, then delete it on request. Technical analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own settings.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it — message us on Telegram: t.me/Teg_007.

Cookies
